DECLARATION OF THE OMNI-CULTURE

 We hereby declare the age of limitation over!

 The problems of his-story were all derived from the externally impressed notion that reality is limited. This is how THEY have retained control for all these aeons. Who are THEY?

 THEY are the ones outside of yourself. THEY are the ones who pretend they are somehow “not you”. How can that be, when you are a fragment of an infinite hologram which contains all things within it, stored within the divine proportions of angles? All things, including THEM.

 And THEY cease to be, once they are YOU.

 We have liberated the code of reality, and we transmit it freely for all who will listen!

 The codes are contained within myths which are also mathematical formula, which morph into technologies which give access to hyper-states, within which, are the stories of infinity, forever phasing and interlocking with the holographic hyper-angles of consciousness.

 Humanity has been making the mistake of simply looking at a single ONE of these angles, believing it to be the only one which exists, the empire of competition, duality, hierarchies.

 If we wish to liberate the cycle of his-story from the tyranny of endless conflict, then a new angle must be taken!

This angle points in all directions: Omni-point. Hyperaxis.

 Here all times and modes intersect, entire civilisations rise at a thought, cluster around it and perfect it, until a yet more advanced version is created. And the process continues.

 With the tool of consciousness, we can focus on any part of this infinite structure, in as much detail as we wish, for as long as we wish.

 Your environment, your name, your appearance and all things about the world can be changed, we can shed entire paradigms like snakes shed skin, or wear them around us to mature and comfort like a mammal uses its coat for hibernation.

 Such organic, planet-based creations served their purpose for physical reality as we have known it, but in this new realm, we will require something more than a vehicle and a set of genes designed to capture territory, duplicate its genetic instructions, and defend and expand its empire.

 When one’s territory is infinite, the notion of “owned space” becomes obsolete.

 Humans have glimpsed this place over and over again throughout time. They are usually the ones who became labelled as “dreamers”, some people may have even thought them insane.

 Some of these idealists made the mistake of trying to apply what they saw to the physical world as it presents itself. Applying their dream to politics for example. They did not realise that the political systems of the world have in some, however indirect sense, derived from the “naturalistic” structures of Darwinian competition. The actions of a political government, especially when at war, is essentially the same as the actions of tribes of wild apes competing against each other for territory, and control over the other tribes’ genetic duplication capabilities, so that they may perpetuate their genetic signature far and wide.

 Scientists who have made these observations seem to conclude that there is no escape from this, that we are forever condemned to the structures of  “nature”. They do not realise that the very contemplation, and ability to recognise these behaviours in the world around us, is indicative of a higher-function at work. The ability to analyse our own natures gives us the ability to change it. And so, we are no longer subject to the whims of merely physical progress.

 This does not need to imply however, that we would remove ourselves from the apparent nature of the universe and become entirely artificial. For this “new” phase of evolution/consciousness is as much a part of nature as anything else. The part we have been ignoring. There is nothing “false” about this hyper-state, and “nature” has been evolving us new eyes to see it.

 Another name for humans in times gone who have glimpsed this state, is “magickians”. With varying degrees of success, magickians throughout the ages have caused change in their personal and objective realities.

 In this age of science, the notion of magick as a real thing has been decreasing in plausibility in the public mind. And is it any wonder? After all, science produces the many millions of artefacts that we, modern humans, require simply to live day to day! Most people (at least in developed civilisations) today have no conception of how the things around them actually work. The car, the TV, the computer, the VCR, the mobile phone… All things modern humans require for their daily lives. And things which they simply press and operate, Pavolvian style, slavering to the bell of their techno-masters.

 The term “cult” is only used when the Big-Brother culture wishes to eradicate and ridicule a sociological movement on a smaller scale to theirs. The followers of the world’s mainstream religions are OK, because their belief is “officially” sanctioned. But THEY never even intimated that you were all members of the Cult of Science, and most people still don’t even know.

   If we are not careful, we could find ourselves in a situation where we have sold out our independence for convenience. A state where the governing body of the world “feeds” its citizens according to what it deems appropriate. This includes food of all types, including the food for your mind. Information.

 What makes you think the stories you hear on the news are important? They are no more or less relevant than any other event in the world, it is merely the whim of a certain handful of individuals who decide what is “important” today. Entertainment? Important news for your daily lives? Or mass brainwashing on a scale the world has never seen before? So effective as to be barely recognisable for what it is.

 Science? Magick? There is no difference, ultimately. But to the citizens of a world on the brink of a new, global culture; magick could be the best hope to save our freedom.

 The Technocracy has been hard at work, for a long long time to set this up. Their vision of the future is a perfectly artificial environment, where the population is entirely dependent on the technologies which surround them. With only a handful of adepts, these people would have immense control over the world, on an unprecedented level. This is the New World Order.

 Imagine playing a computer game. You know very well how to navigate through the virtual world that presents itself in Gamespace, but most people have no idea how the code that makes the game is put together. And you certainly don’t think about this whilst playing.

 Someone with the right knowledge could come along and totally change the game, put in new characters or new environments. They could change the world at will.

 Here lies the borderline between science and magick. Between map and territory. The ability to conjure up new worlds at will certainly sounds magickal doesn’t it? Or is it “just” computer science?

 “THEY” have attempted to confuse us into thinking the map is the territory. In fact, THEY have attempted to eradicate our knowledge of the territory altogether.

 Most people in modern civilisation are like pre-rendered characters in a computer game. Ever been frustrated at the world and its populous for being so drab and uniform? Looking the same, speaking the same, watching the same TV shows, listening to the same music, and all because it is somehow “expected” of them by the Uberculture (I.E, the code).

 But something has happened which “THEY” never came close to anticipating. We have EATEN THEM!

 In their attempt to convert the population to a new map, generated by their technologies, they have been overcome by the very devices they have unleashed. The seed for the ultimate memetic paradise has been planted, and its been growing steadily for these last few years.

 This seed is called the Internet, and we have only seen the tiniest glimmer of what it can be.

 What started as a military operation in efficiency has evolved into a complex network of liberating information. Now practically anyone (in developed civilisation, don’t forget half the world’s population has never picked up a phone…) can express their ideas, whatever they may be, for the world to know, or not.

 And it is already TOO LATE for THEM to do anything about it!

 Here we come to the borderland, the cross-roads between science and magick, between map and territory, between idea and reality.

 If there truly is no ultimate difference between science and magick, then there is no reason why we can not make seemingly oppressive tools become the atoms of a new Utopia. We shall use the tools of the Empire, not to destroy it, for that only leads to becoming it. But rather to transmute it, to alchemise the world and universe. This is the meaning of the Golden Age. The bars of the Black Iron Prison are transformed, and become the scaffolding of a new Universe.

 Technology in its current state could provide a life equal to that of a billionaire for every member of the human race. It is only the way it is currently applied which causes imbalance in the world, the division between haves and have-nots. And this imbalance is caused by the division of reality, in the very way we perceive things to “be”.

 It is time to advance our understanding and perception, it is time to transcend the boundaries of duality and become whole beings, entirely self-sufficient and not requiring “outside” assistance of any kind.

 In the Omni-Culture, each person is an entire civilisation unto themselves, perhaps even an entire Universe. We are the sole sovereigns of our hearts and minds. There are no rules other than the ones we make.

 All that is required for this new state of reality is our decision. The decision to decide! If we do not like our governments, we do not have to rise up in bloody revolution against them, all we need do is ignore them, and organise ourselves in a different way. But for that to happen, we first have to realise that we don’t all hate each other after all, that some of us really do have motivation outside of the acquisition of wealth and “power”.  We have to break down the artificially imposed perception of fear of one another, the boundaries that have been created between us, for as long as these things exist, humanity will always be divided.

 We declare our presence in the world. We are here.

 This is not the only declaration of the Omni-Culture, each person’s is different. It would not be true otherwise.
